Amber Furby, BCBA, LBA

Amber is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, currently residing in Savannah, Georgia. She has been working with individuals with developmental delays for over 15 years. She first found her passion for serving the DD community as a child when she attended recreational activities with her autistic cousin. She went on to work as an aid at that same recreational community center. She received her undergraduate degree in Special Education from Aurora University. She received her graduate degree in Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Amber has been providing services as a BCBA to children with autism and their families since 2019, servicing the Maryland and Washington D.C. area. She continued practicing after a move to Savannah, Georgia in 2020 and started Aurora Behavior Services in 2023. Amber also sits on the Georgia Behavioral Analysts Licensure Board.

Lou Sandler, PhD, BCBA - D

Dr. Lou brings close to 45 years of highly diverse clinical experience as a Behavior Analyst. He has  provided services from Baltimore City to Alaska, Oregon and the Klamath River Valley in California to reservation schools in South Dakota and mothers and their children living in domestic violence shelters. Dr. Lou first started working with children and adults with autism, developmental and low incident genetic syndromes in 1981. His experience has since been extended to FASD, conduct and attentional disorders, social/emotional need and complex social traumas. He has specialized for decades providing services to individuals with more  significant and persistent behavioral and learning needs to include at risk feeding, sleep cycle disruptive and delayed toileting. Dr. Lou was a clinical specialist in the Department of Behavior Psychology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore from 1990 to 1995.
